Construction supervision is necessary for implement the work according to the planned design, drawings and specifications. Many problems occur in development process, such as low quality, not qualified, time delayed, uncontrolled costs, job insecurity, an accident, etc., is often caused by weak oversight. Good supervision can prevent these problems, so that the project runs smoothly, controlled and obtain satisfactory results. Construction supervision is closely related to quality control.
